Last month we were getting rumors that Amazon’s AppStore would be coming to Europe this summer. But now the rumor has been officially confirmed by the Amazon and soon we’ll get Android apps from their AppStore.
They have already begun inviting developers to submit apps to their AppStore which could result in the best place to find all the latest & greatest Android apps. The main reason behind launching the AppStore is to open up the ground for the launch of Amazon Kindle Fire in the UK.
The Kindle Fire is 7-inch multi-touch tablet computer with IPS technology display & Google’s Android 2.3 Gingerbread. It’s powered by 1GHz dual-core processor perfect for gaming & surfing the internet. The tablet holds 8GB internal memory & 512MB RAM with all the online Amazon services like Amazon Prime, Amazon Cloud Storage, Amazon Cloud Player, Amazon Instant video & Amazon Silk.
Right now we don’t have any exact date for the Amazon AppStore in the UK but as soon as we get something we’ll be the first to inform you.
